Billie Mandle grew up in California and Connecticut. She has a BA in Biology and English from Williams College and an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She is a 2010 NYFA Fellow in photography and teaches at Mass Art and the International Center of Photography. She lives in Brooklyn and Boston.
